AWARD-WINNING SEA SALT CARAMEL
A 38% milk chocolate shell painted with blue and white cocoa butter to illustrate the waves of the sea. This is filled with our signature house-made salted caramel, made using West of Dingle Irish Sea Salt.
SALTED CARAMEL CHEESECAKE
A layer of our signature house-made salted caramel, made using West of Dingle Irish Sea Salt, followed by a smooth layer of white chocolate cream cheese ganache, finished with a layer of browned butter biscuit.
SALTED CARAMEL & PECAN
A beautiful, silky salted caramel is paired with a decadent pecan biscuit, encased in our signature milk chocolate.
AWARD-WINNING DOUBLE SEA SALT CARAMEL
A layer of our signature house-made salted caramel, made using West of Dingle Irish Sea Salt, is paired with a layer of a rich dark salted caramel ganache.
BLOND VANILLA
A smooth Tahitian vanilla caramelised white chocolate ganache, with a delicate touch of West of Dingle Irish Sea Salt.
AWARD-WINNING CARAMEL LATTE
A layer of our signature house-made salted caramel, made using West of Dingle Irish Sea Salt, complemented by a smooth layer of milk chocolate coffee ganache, made using Dublin roasted Bear Market coffee beans.
