AWARD-WINNING SEA SALT CARAMEL
A 38% milk chocolate shell painted with blue and white cocoa butter to illustrate the waves of the sea. This is filled with our signature house-made salted caramel, made using West of Dingle Irish Sea Salt from County Kerry.
SALTED CARAMEL CHEESECAKE
A layer of our signature house-made salted caramel, made using West of Dingle Irish Sea Salt, followed by a smooth layer of white chocolate cream cheese ganache, finished with a layer of browned butter biscuit.
SALTED CARAMEL & PECAN
A beautiful, silky salted caramel is paired with a decadent pecan biscuit layer, encased in our signature milk chocolate.
